◆Manufacturing Unit

MOLFO common box busbar is made of aluminium-magnesium alloy profiles on both sides of the radiator, with a thickness of 5.5 mm. The height of the two sides can be up to 305 without any reinforcement because the radiator strips can also enhance the rigidity and strength of the side panels. The upper and lower sealing plates are made of aluminium zinc dressing plate, which also ensures the overall structural strength of the busbar after the formation of the type. Side plate and bottom plate are riveted with high strength imported rivets. The cover plate and the two sides of the board is connected with a borer bolt. Each section of the busbar is generally reasonably equipped with standard access holes in the upper part (can also be set up according to the site requirements), access to the mouth of the unique production process and high demand for expansion joints connecting technology, so that the busbar enclosure protection level as high as P54 in the usual outdoor environment without adjusting the level of protection.

◆Short-circuit strength

◆Magnetic Field

Independent laboratory tests have confirmed that the magnetic field generated by the M0LFO common box busbar is negligible.

◆Low Noise

Due to the design, the conductor and insulator are tightly fixed with the shell, and the two sides are made of aluminium-magnesium alloy to isolate the generation of magnetic loop current, so the generation of noise can be greatly reduced after the power is turned on.

◆Flexible design

◆Housing for ground

According to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) announced and proposed busbar shell as the ground conductor. Therefore, the shell of MOLF0 busbar is made of aluminium-magnesium alloy, which is more effective than the shell made of iron sheet for the grounding conductor. Together with the unique design of the heat sink on the shell, it makes the effective area of the grounded heterogeneous body more than three times higher than that of the phase line current.

◆Heating device

On both sides of the bus duct, every 2M bus MOLFO bus is added with a heater so as to facilitate the removal of doubtful dew that may be generated inside the tank when the bus is not used for a long time.

◆Collector tank and automatic water discharge function

Exquisite production process and reasonable structure make the busbar system after the surface is exquisite and generous, to achieve the outdoor indoor no water requirements. There is a water-collecting trough on the necessary busbar base plate, and there is a water-collecting automatic discharging device at the end of the water-collecting trough. Not only can effectively abandon the water inside the busbar, but also can block the entry of dust and foreign matter.

◆Long life

◆ The two sides of the shell are made of anodized aluminium-magnesium alloy, and the upper and lower covers are made of imported zinc-aluminium dressing plate, which ensures the shell's resistance to corrosion, acid and alkali environments.

◆Insulators are vacuum casted with imported high strength insulating materials to ensure their insulation and rigidity strength.

◆The conductor adopts tin-plating of the whole section, which ensures the requirement of temperature rise, and also ensures the possible copper-green colour of the conductor surface after long time contacting with air, and it should be used by the customer's

◆Special requirement can wrap the whole section of conductor with heat-shrinkable tube.

◆Good heat dissipation material and enlarged heat dissipation area ensure that the temperature rise of busbar is within the designed range:

◆Expansion joints

MOLFO common box busbar in the overall linear length of more than 40m, or through the building structure of the expansion joints, the use of expansion joints, which is mainly to achieve the horizontal and vertical direction of the two degrees of freedom of the adjustment, not only to meet the different temperature drop and thermal contraction caused by the expansion and contraction requirements. It can also compensate for the error caused by foundation settlement. The special design of expansion joints enables the flexible splicing of larger busbar boxes, so that the design and installation of busbar system can be programmed and standardised.

◆Vibration-damping measures

In order to solve the negative impact of vibration generated by transformers, generators and distribution cabinets on the closed busbar during operation, soft connection is used in the connection with the closed busbar, and rubber pads are added between the enclosures to reduce vibration. For the closed busbar body, vibration absorbers are added to the system to achieve elastic support for the high-voltage insulators and the conductive rows, which better avoids the damage caused by the machinery generated by the enclosure and the seismic wave to the closed busbar.

◆Easy installation

Simple construction of connecting bits and high precision in manufacturing make installation easy, which is more important for applications in tight spaces.

◆Maintenance-saving

MOLFO busbars are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of long life and low maintenance. Simple periodic inspections and checking for loose bolts are generally sufficient.

◆ Enclosure surfaces do not require painting and are available upon request.

GFM Insulation Configuration

The busbar conductors are insulated with air as the insulating medium, and the appropriate insulation gaps are selected for the different voltage classes.
