Special aluminium alloy with magnesium-aluminium shell, forming non-magnetic chokes, can eliminate the transmission of eddy currents between phases of high-current bus, reduce the passage of harmonic currents in the main bus, reduce the heating phenomenon triggered by the above reasons, reduce the voltage drop of long-distance transmission, and significantly enhance the current-carrying capacity of the busbar.

Dense busway series adopts high efficient insulating polyester film (DuPont products), insulating medium selects flame-retardant materials, insulation grade and heat-resistant grade reaches B or B or above, able to withstand high temperature of 130 ℃ and low temperature of -60 ℃, and there is no release of toxic gases in high temperature.Each layer has a voltage resistance of 7000V, and the conductor copper rows are wrapped in three layers.
