◆Manufacturing unit
(A) Overview
1、Assembling low impedance, pre-assembled low-voltage busbar wiring system according to drawings by factory manufacturing.
2、Bus ducts are 660V~1000V,3-phase, 5-wire (with 50% overall ground capacity).
3, rated current, approximate length, fittings, plug boxes, etc. should be marked on the diagram, the electrical contractor is responsible for coordinating with other contractors to determine the direction of the busway. Before the manufacturer produces the busway order, the Contractor shall make a final
order, the Contractor shall make final field measurements.
(B) Short-circuit current ratings and tests
1. The short-circuit current rating of busway is determined according to GB7251.2-2006 standard. The value is to be based on the actual short-circuit current test value.
◆Basic structure
(A) Shell
1、Bus duct shell shall be composed of aluminium alloy profile to reduce hysteresis eddy current depletion. Finish anodising.
2, busbar should be completed sealed to avoid mechanical damage and dust accumulation.
3, fully sealed bus duct shell by the bus duct manufacturer processing, if there is other processing is not guaranteed by the bus duct factory, no bus duct manufacturer's approval, any changes are not allowed.
(B) connection device
1, the busway connecting device is made of bolts, steel material for high-strength steel, spring gasket for wide along to ensure uniform pressure.
2、Bolts should have a force distance indication is at ground potential.
3, bolts for stainless steel material design, when the force distance can be indicated, only require the use of general long arm spanner.
Only one side of the busbar can be used to fasten the bolt.
Busbar
The busbar is copper with tinned surface.
The insulation between busbars is 130℃ class B insulating polyester film.
Under the rated load current, the temperature rise at any point in the busway should not be higher than 55℃ in the surrounding environment.
◆Insertion interface
1、Every 3.2 metres busway is in two inserted interfaces, and the inserted interfaces are sealed with cover plates.
2, so can be used at the same time.
3、It is possible to check the plug-in interface and bus duct before the plug-in box enters the line.
◆Bus duct support
(A) Hanger spacing should be indicated in the line diagram, and does not exceed the manufacturer's recommended value.
(B)When indoor feeder and plug-in bus duct are horizontally oriented, the hanger spacing is 3m, and vertically oriented, the hanger spacing is 4.8m. Outdoor bus ducts, no matter horizontally and vertically oriented, the hanger spacing is 1.5m.
Voltage drop
() Voltage drop (input voltage minus output voltage) is based on the rated load, stable operation temperature measurement.
(B) When the load power factor produces the maximum voltage drop, the maximum voltage drop between busway spacings should not exceed 4.0V per 30.5m.
◆Plug-in box
(A)Plug-in box (circuit breaker type or with switch) with disconnecting visible quick-opening mechanism.
(B) When the plug-in box cannot be operated directly from the ground, it should be operated indirectly by the connecting rod.
◆Plug-in box safety facilities
(A) The casing of the junction box shall be in contact with the earth busbar of the bus duct before the phase wires of the junction are contacted. The ground busbar shall be connected by cleaning the plated surface to ensure good contact.
(B) Plug-in boxes are equipped with a barrier to prevent accidental electric shock during wiring or to avoid inadvertent contact between conductors.
(C) The door of the plug-in box has an interlocking function that prevents the door from being opened when the switch is energised.
