Low Temperature

The temperature rise of the busbar does not exceed 55°C above ambient temperature due to the ‘sandwich’ design structure and the high quality tinned copper rows.

Protection Rating

MOLFO busbars are available in standard enclosures with protection class IP66 to suit different customer requirements. Indoor enclosures are rated up to IP55 and outdoor enclosures are rated up to IP66.

High Quality Conductors All bus bars are constructed with high quality tinned copper conductors. The outer surface of the conductor rows are plated with a good anti-corrosion protection.

Excellent Insulation Material

So the busbar rows are all using class B 130℃ polyester film to achieve the effect of long term insulation.MO'er FO busway's insulating medium is three layers of 0.6mm polyester film, wrapped around the conductor rows.

Short-circuit withstand strength and testing

MOLFO bus ducts are designed to provide short-circuit strength performance for use in today's electrical systems in industrial and commercial buildings. The entire system is rated to meet U Child 3 week wave ratings.

Internal Smoke Barrier

MOLFO bus ducts have a completely enclosed connection space that prevents smoke and gases from travelling through the bus duct in the event of a fire in the area where the bus duct is installed. The internal partition allows the bus duct to pass through walls or floors without creating a ‘chimney effect’ combustion path.
